Fusion FIT on the Bridge
Fusion FIT sessions are 60 minutes and will leave you feeling energized, strong and balanced. Each session includes cardiovascular and strength training intervals including tabata, TRX, barre, and yoga poses. This combination is efficient for fat burn, core strength, cardiovascular conditioning, power, flexibility and balance.
