Cara opened Fort Wayne Outfitters with her husband, Tim, in 2007. They loved the old train depot and its location on Fort Wayne Trails and the St. Mary's Rivers downtown. Cara enjoys hiking, cycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, yoga and loves being a mom to three fun and active little boys.
Kathy has ridden over 250,000 miles on bikes for touring, commuting and racing. Kathy's passion for bike mechanics started at age 8 and led her to a career in the bicycle industry for 40 years. At FWO, Kathy is a service manager, bike fitter, and artist who recycles bike parts into art. Kathy's motto for repairing bikes: Give customers the "Wow!" effect.
Caleb has worked a variety of jobs in the outdoor recreation industry for the past eight years. In his free time, Caleb enjoys finding new places to hike, camp and ride his bike.

Emily is a certified bike mechanic who has been wrenching for FWO since 2015. Outside of the shop, you can find Emily welding, lamenting over her dreams of being a hand model, having a glass of wine or talking somebody's ear off about the benefits of learning a foreign language.
Lindsey is an avid climber and mountain biker. When Lindsey's not busy working, you can find her exploring in Brown County or the Red River Gorge.
